Oil & Fat.

Pioneering MULTI-FEEDSTOCK technology — converting the full spectrum of renewable oils and fats into high-quality biodiesel.

Oil &Fat

From vegetable oils to waste streams —
we process them all.

AT pioneers biodiesel production through its MULTI-FEEDSTOCK technology, enabling the efficient conversion of a wide spectrum of renewable oils and fats into high-quality biodiesel. Our process flexibility allows the use of both conventional and advanced feedstocks in line with RED III, including materials listed under Annex IX Part A and Part B.

01

Vegetable Oils

  • Refined and crude oils — rapeseed, soy, palm, camelina, sunflower
  • Potassium-catalyzed version tolerates up to 200 ppm lecithin
  • No classical degumming required for crude oils
02

Used Cooking Oil — Annex IX B

  • 3–7% free fatty acids typical
  • Patented alcoholic neutralization
  • Near-quantitative yield conversion
03

Animal Fats — Annex IX B

  • Category 1 & 2 under Reg. (EC) No 1069/2009
  • Optimized pretreatment & esterification
  • Meeting international fuel standards
04

Advanced Residues — Annex IX A

  • Tall oil pitch
  • Crude glycerine
  • Palm oil mill effluent (POME) oil fractions
05

Grease Trap Fats

  • Dedicated pretreatment: purification & dewatering
  • Alternative routes: glycerolysis or enzymatic
  • High contamination tolerance
06

Fatty Acids & Tall Oil

  • 15–98% FFA feedstocks handled
  • Tailored esterification & glycerolysis
  • Proprietary catalyst-free thermal glycerolysis

Combining regulatory compatibility with process flexibility — future-proof solutions for Annex IX-compliant biodiesel production.
